Mercedes Group of Islands comprises of seven islands namely, Apuao Grande, Apuao Pequeña, Canton, Quinapaguian, Caringo, Canimog and Malasugui. 

In less than an hour motorboat ride from Mercedes town proper you can reached the islands. The scenic landscapes and seascapes of the islands are promising.

The lighthouse in Canimog Island and the unexplored Canton Cave added flavor to the insatiable sight.


The impressive rock formations, clean white sand beaches, underwater sceneries, corals, variety of seashells and fish sanctuary are noticeably the islands’ major attractions.
